When do I pay for my order?

We do not require a credit card during the selection process.

However, all orders must be paid for in full upon order submission and before the order goes into production. This can be done via a credit card on our Shopify Plus eCommerce website, we can send an invoice through Quickbooks or by sending us a company check, or by issuing a wire transfer.

What if I am looking for products that I do not see on your website?

We have relationships with hundreds of suppliers and access to over 1m products, so if you need something you do not see, we can get it!

Our selection of products on SwagWear.com is a highly curated catalogue but we are always researching new suppliers and adding exciting, new products to the site.

What file types do you require for artwork, and do you keep it on file?

The higher the resolution the better. AI or EPS vector files work the best.

Will I receive a proof?

Yes, for customized orders, you must seek approval from your Account Manager for each order and also approve the artwork proof before we proceed to production.

How does SwagWear handle fulfillment and shipping?

The scope, scale and speed in which you need to receive your swag by will determine whether we handle the fulfillment and shipping in-house or work with our suppliers to fulfill and ship to you directly.

How fast will I get my order?
