What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We predominately use UPS for domestic and either UPS or USPS for international shipments. Because of the volume of shipments we send daily, we are able to pass along heavily discounted pricing to our customers.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Production times will vary by product and the decoration method being used to add your logo onto your swag. Some suppliers provide “Fast Track” or “Rush Orders” for a small fee on certain items. Once you have selected the swag you would like, we will be able to provide an estimate on when you can expect to receive your swag.
Do You Ship Internationally?
As we have customers from all over the world, you can feel confident our team is very knowledgable on what forms are needed in order for the swag to clear customs. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning on shipping any portion of your swag overseas.
Can I/We Use Our Own Shipping Account?
Absolutely! Please make sure to provide us with your shipping # prior to us submitting any PO’s to our suppliers so that we can make sure that info is on the order from the beginning. Once items go into production, address changes and shipping accounts can be hard to change.

We accept all major credit cards, checks or wires.

How do I place an Order?
You can place an order online through SWAGWEAR and a representative will immediately reach out to you to review the order before any orders get submitted. You can also email [email protected] or call us directly at 833-SWAGWEAR (792-4932).
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You do not need an account in order to place an order.
Who should I to contact if I have any queries?
Please email [email protected] for any questions you might have prior to or after your order has been placed. You can also call us anytime at 833-SWAGWEAR (792-4932). We are always available and happy to answer any questions or concerns that you might have.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can cancel any time prior to your order going into production. Once the supplier has moved the order into production and your logo has been added onto your swag, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to discuss your order for any reason, please always feel free to contact us day or night.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes! However, proofs can also sometimes hold up production by as much as 5 days so if you are in a rush, please let us know in the beginning so that we can work with the supplier to ensure they can turn the proof around quicker.
How Can I Return a Product?
We always want our customers to be happy so if you receive any portion of your order that is defective or not as promised, please contact us immediately so we can discuss whatever solution would be satisfactory to you, up to and including a full refund and paying to have the swag returned to us.
Can I get bulk discounts for larger orders?
ABSOLUTELY! Nothing would make us happier!
