When do I need to pay?
You will not be charged until the order has been completed, checked and shipped.

What is a normal turn-around time for my order?
Production times vary from product to product once the artwork has been approved. The delivery timeframe is also determined by the shipping method you select. During the online ordering process, we display the shipping costs for ground, 2-day, and next-day shipment options. We can turn many orders in 2-4 days, while others can take up to 2 weeks.
Can I receive any discounts on bulk orders?

What file types are usually required?
The higher the resolution the better. AI or EPS vector files work the best.
What if I am looking for products that I do not see on your website?
We have relationships with hundreds of suppliers and access to over 1m products, so if you need something you do not see, we can get it!
