Payment
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, ACH or wires. We will send you an invoice through Quickbooks that can be paid directly online, if you choose to do so.
When do you charge my card?
You will not be charged until the order has shipped. For larger orders, we may require a deposit.
Is my credit card info secure?
SwagWear utilizes SSL/TLS for end-to-end encryption on its Shopify website and through Quickbooks. Shopify is the world's leading eCommerce platform that safely conducts billions of dollars worth of transactions every month.
Shipping & Delivery
What is a normal turn-around time for my order?
Production times vary from product to product once the artwork has been approved. The delivery timeframe is determined by the shipping method you select. During the online ordering process, we display the shipping costs for ground, 2-day, and next-day shipment options.
Do you offer rush orders?
Absolutely. We have access to thousands of products that we can turn in under 2 days with your logo included! Everything from Stanley and mophie to Bellroy and Hydro Flask.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we have customers all over the world and work closely with UPS International to ensure all docs are properly printed and signed before we ship. The shipping fee will vary depending on your location.
Orders
What if the quantity I receive is less than what I ordered?
In the unlikely event we ship fewer than ordered, you’ll be charged only for what you ordered and we will offer you a discount on your order for the inconvenience.
Can and order be canceled or changed at any time?
You are able to cancel your order at any time before it goes into production. However, once the items have been imprinted with your logo, we are unable to accept any cancellations. If you need to make changes to your order for any reason, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Will I be charged any sales tax?
We collect all applicable taxes for goods and services shipped to any state where that is required for us to charge.
Can I receive any discounts on bulk orders?
Absolutely! We love large orders! Email us with the details and let's discuss!
Artwork
What file types are usually required?
The higher the resolution the better. AI or EPS vector files work the best.
Do you keep my artwork on file for future orders?
Yes, we keep your artwork on file to simplify reordering and using your art on other products!
Can you PMS color match for printing?
If you provide us with your PMS color code, we will have our suppliers color-match your logo. Please note that for a few products, exact PMS matching isn't possible due to the limitations of the printing process.
Understanding decoration, artwork files and blank goods.
"Decoration" in the promo industry refers to applying a logo to your product(s).
"Artwork" refers to the logo that you upload, which could be in AI, EPS, or PDF format.
The majority of our suppliers require that a log be added but there are exceptions when blanks can be purchased as well. Your account manager can discuss this with you in more detail.
Will I receive a proof?
Yes, for customized orders, you must seek approval from your Account Manager for each order and also approve the artwork proof before we proceed to production.

What if I am looking for products that I do not see on your website?
We have relationships with hundreds of suppliers and access to over 1m products, so if you need something you do not see, we can get it!
Our selection of products on SwagWear.com is a highly curated catalogue but we are always researching new suppliers to include after they have been properly vetted.
